The following forms are for Gala sponsorship. The Sponsor Opportunities brochure details the two types of sponsorship and different levels. The Event Fact Sheet is a helpful one-sheet to provide information on the Gala and the school. Complete the Sponsor Form when you decide to commit to either a Family or Event Sponsorship (for in-kind event donations as well).
